The position of Delivery Driver at LKQ Corporation is crucial in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to customers. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing excellent customer service at each delivery location. This role involves manually loading and unloading inventory from the truck, verifying all items against shipping manifests and orders to ensure accuracy, collecting payments when necessary, and acquiring signatures to confirm receipt of goods. The Delivery Driver also manages the return of items back to the warehouse, completes proper documentation for each delivery or pickup, and adheres strictly to all LKQ company policies and procedures, including completion of required annual training.

Successful candidates will have at least one year of driving experience, possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and meet specific insurance, physical, and regulatory standards required by the Department of Transportation as well as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety are paramount, alongside the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities, focusing instead on dependable, independent delivery operations.
