The role being offered is that of a delivery driver, a critical position within LKQ's operations. Working Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5pm, this full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21 per hour. The delivery driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to deliver products to customers efficiently and accurately. This position involves the manual loading and unloading of delivery trucks, verifying the condition and correctness of the products loaded and unloaded, obtaining customer signatures upon delivery, and managing returned items. Attention to detail, safety compliance, and excellent customer service are vital components of this role.

Beyond the core responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to comply with all company and regulatory policies, including annual training requirements and adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. This role requires physical stamina to handle loads up to 75 pounds, the ability to work in various environments including cramped or noisy settings, and readiness to travel occasionally.
