Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to relate to customers and coworkers alike. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow instructions precisely are critical for success in this role.

Physical requirements for the Delivery Driver include the ability to perform medium work, which involves occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds and frequently lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds. The job demands physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motions, along with the stamina to enter and exit the delivery vehicle multiple times a day and navigate various terrains and staircases.

Working conditions may include exposure to dust, noise, temperature extremes, vibrations, and movement hazards with significant work pace and pressure to ensure timely deliveries. The position demands a valid driver’s license without DOT restrictions and candidates must be at least 18 years old to drive company vehicles. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
