Job Requirements
- No degree required
- One or more years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Qualification for corporate insurance programs including vehicle insurance
- Meet DOT testing and physical requirements
- Knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Compliance with state, local, DOT, and FMCSA regulations
Job Qualifications
- No degree required
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record
- Must qualify for corporate insurance programs including vehicle insurance
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Capability to communicate basic messages orally and write brief messages
- Familiarity with using Outlook, Word, Excel, and graphic software
- Ability to follow clear directions and standard procedures
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Six months related delivery driving experience preferred
- Prior warehouse operations experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Drive a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents
- Manually load company truck at the location and verify the condition of the truck, the manifest, and related paperwork
- Drive to delivery destinations and physically unload the truck while verifying parts unloaded
- Obtain signatures from receiving locations confirming accuracy of parts delivered
- Make proper notations on the manifest and provide receipts for returned parts
- Collect accounts receivable from customers as necessary
- Comply with established company policies and procedures
- Successfully complete annual training assignments
- Operate in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pickup processes
- Assume other duties as assigned
