This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to be part of Sleep Number’s delivery team, with base rates starting at $20.75 an hour and the potential to earn an additional $400 per month through the Monthly Incentive Program. Employees receive specialized paid on-the-job training and access to climate-controlled delivery trucks, ensuring comfortable working conditions. Notably, as a token of appreciation and commitment to sleep wellness, employees receive a free Sleep Number bed, enhancing their own sleep experience.
The role focuses on delivering premiere Sleep Number products directly to customers, working closely in teams to provide exceptional service and expert guidance on product features and benefits. This customer-facing position requires individuals to be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and the physical capability to lift and carry over 200 pounds with partner assistance. Experience in customer service is valued, and employees must maintain identification credentials that allow access to military bases if necessary. The position demands a balance of physical stamina, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure each customer receives a personalized and positive introduction to Sleep Number’s innovative sleep solutions.

Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with help of a partner
- prior experience in a customer-facing role
- must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (state issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), enhanced ID, passport card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
