The role we are hiring for is a Delivery Specialist who plays a vital part in the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This position involves working in a team environment to deliver Sleep Number products directly to customers, ensuring an exceptional first experience with their new mattress. Delivery Specialists receive thorough paid on-the-job training and work in climate-controlled trucks to perform their duties comfortably and efficiently. Compensation starts at $20.75 per hour, with the opportunity to earn an additional $400 per month through the Monthly Incentive Program. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, customer-facing roles and have the physical ability to handle mattress delivery with the support of a partner.
