This position is a Delivery Driver role with an hourly wage of $12 plus tips and mileage reimbursement, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible employment with potential to earn additional income through customer tips. The Delivery Driver’s primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches efficiently and accurately to customers within the designated delivery area. This role also involves verifying the accuracy and quality of all products prior to delivery to maintain the brand’s high standards. When deliveries are not scheduled, drivers will assist as an In Shopper, taking on duties such as preparing sandwiches and managing in-store customer service tasks.

Candidates will be expected to handle telephone orders courteously, process payments, and reconcile cash at the end of shifts. The role requires adherence to company procedures, including portion control and recipe accuracy, with periodic testing to ensure skill proficiency. Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant is also a critical component of the position. Employees must display professionalism through dress code compliance and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, necessitating a degree of physical fitness. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
