Straub Distributing Company is currently seeking a Class A Delivery Driver to join their full-time team. This role primarily involves delivering beverage products to local retail customers within Orange County and neighboring areas. The position is designed for those who are motivated, hardworking, and responsible individuals with a valid Class A driver’s license and good driving record. The company offers a base wage of $28.08 per hour, plus daily commission after a 660-hour probationary period, accompanied by scheduled annual wage increases. This driver role features a unique four-day workweek schedule, working 10 hours from Tuesday through Friday, which results in an impressive 52 three-day weekends each year.

- must be able to see clearly at 20 inches or less, have peripheral vision, and depth perception
- must be able to lift 20 to 45 pounds repetitively and occasionally kegs weighing up to 165 pounds
- must be willing to adapt to various environments including extreme cold, grocery stores, and enclosed spaces
