The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely transporting products to various customers within assigned routes while adhering strictly to company procedures and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The company values strong interpersonal and communication skills, expecting the driver to demonstrate excellent customer relations and problem-solving abilities. Prompt reporting of any delivery variances, accidents, damages, or repair needs is essential to maintaining seamless operations. Drivers must comply with all traffic laws and company policies and demonstrate reliability in all aspects of their responsibilities.

Nicholas and Company supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K profit-sharing plan, an HSA with employer contributions, wellness programs with premium incentives, and tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 per calendar year.
