Job Requirements
- must be 21 years old or older
- must have an acceptable driving record, as well as be insurable to operate company vehicles
- must pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check
- 2+ years of experience driving large box trucks and customer service preferred
Job Qualifications

- provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- strong organizational, time management, attentional to detail, and navigational skills
- good judgment, discretion, and the ability to make independent decisions
- excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- basic knowledge in related PC software (Office, Excel, etc.)
- proficient written and verbal communication skills
- safely perform proper lifting techniques
- 2+ years of experience driving large box trucks and customer service preferred
Job Duties
- clock in on time and be prepared to accomplish any route
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per delivery manual
- ensure route is done efficiently and accurately
- routes on the road by 5am
- route times may vary based on destination and may require an earlier start time
- provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- maintain a high level of personal appearance and positive attitude
- account for all deliveries, product, coffee, and equipment on vehicle/route
- perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles and equipment
- always communicate issues on and off route with delivery supervisor, delivery lead, and co-workers
- deliver to all stands and all customers, regardless of who the customer is, where they are located, or the attire they wear
- delivery driver must possess the ability to move with a sense of purpose and perform duties in a timely matter
- be proactive in all aspects of the delivery position
