Routes are communicated through a dispatcher 2 to 3 days in advance, providing ample time to plan. New drivers receive support from a lead driver during their initial pickups to ensure a smooth introduction to the role. Drivers are responsible for verifying and accounting for all bags before leaving the pickup point, maintaining accuracy and accountability in deliveries.

This contractor role requires drivers to use their own vehicles, and the nature of the business demands excellent time management and customer service skills to maintain customer satisfaction. Drivers are expected to review and confirm routes before execution and must notify dispatch at least one day in advance if they are unable to complete a route.
