Job Requirements
- minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- at least 18 years of age with a current driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- familiarity with a POS system preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- excellent customer service skills with a proven track record
- ability to uphold Papa John’s core values
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- make accurate, on-time deliveries while providing friendly service to every customer
- help the team with orders, food preparation, and keeping the restaurant clean and safe when not on the road
- handle cash transactions according to company standards
- follow all safety and quality procedures
- contribute to creating a positive team atmosphere
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed
