Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn the delivery area
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients
- assist team members by supporting other workstations and completing closing duties
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- execute cash management duties
- use the FOCUS System effectively
- suggestively sell to increase order value
- distribute promotional materials
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
