The company has a strong reputation for fostering a culture of internal promotion and ongoing professional development, making it an attractive employer for those seeking long-term career opportunities. With a commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication, US FOODS offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and leadership training to help employees grow their skills and advance within the organization.

The company is currently hiring Delivery Truck Drivers to join their transportation team. This role is critical to the success of US FOODS as drivers serve as the face of the company to customers by delivering orders accurately and promptly. Delivery Drivers will begin training with a starting wage of $25.00 per hour and will have opportunities to earn incentive pay after training. Most drivers work a 4 or 5-day work week, Monday through Saturday, with local routes that allow them to be home every night. The role demands reliability, integrity, and a collaborative spirit, as drivers uphold the company's high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

As a US FOODS Delivery Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders on time, managing the safe unloading of goods, and verifying deliveries with customers. The job requires repeated manual heavy lifting of up to 80 pounds and involves making frequent stops during a shift, sometimes in inclement weather conditions. Additionally, drivers may be responsible for collecting payments when required. This position offers not only competitive wages but also guaranteed minimum hours, paid training, paid overtime, service recognition, and excellent leadership support. The opportunity to work for a company dedicated to employee respect and reward makes this role ideal for individuals seeking a stable and fulfilling career in delivery within the foodservice distribution industry.
