Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
- acceptable motor vehicle record
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- ability to perform various workstation duties
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and over 51 pounds occasionally
- ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and noisy environments
- compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- able to follow safety protocols
- bilingual in certain markets may be required

Job Duties
- Check all products for accuracy against quality standards
- deliver products to customers safely, courteously, and promptly
- perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service in person and by phone
- assist with workstation duties including making products and preparing ingredients
- support the team by being punctual and completing closing and cleaning duties
- process orders and manage cash using the PROFIT system
- suggestively sell products to increase check average
- distribute door hangers during shifts
- maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
