The role of Pizza Delivery Driver at Marco's is more than just driving pizzas to customers; it is a vital position that combines operational support with excellent guest service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with at least two years of safe driving history
  • Proof of liability insurance
  • Drivers must have a valid license and up to date insurance as personal vehicle use is required for this position
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic math and computer skills for cash handling
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Safely operate and maintain a vehicle that complies with all company and state safety requirements and presents a professional, hospitable image to guests
  • Deliver orders safely, efficiently, and courteously
  • Assist with other duties at the store on an as needed basis, including assisting at the cut table
  • Assist in store operations such as preparing pizza dough, slicing/chopping toppings, and maintaining food quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
  • Follow food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy restaurant environment
