The role of an SPI Delivery Driver is integral to the brand's success. Delivery drivers are often the first and sometimes the only representatives of SPI that customers encounter, making their professionalism and customer engagement vital. Drivers at SPI deliver pizzas and other products safely and efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image and providing excellent customer service. Beyond delivery, drivers have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of store operations including learning pizza-making skills and operating in-store equipment. This position is designed to be flexible and enjoyable, offering daily tips paid in cash, mileage reimbursement, and variable hours to accommodate diverse schedules. Drivers are supported with SPI's world-class training programs and have opportunities for career advancement through the SPI Career Development Program, which can lead to owning their own Domino's store someday.

The compensation for delivery drivers ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, inclusive of tips and gas reimbursements. Those who work 35 hours or more per week are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with monthly incentives that recognize outstanding performance.
