The role of Delivery Driver at Staples is an essential position within the Supply Chain team. The driver is responsible for safely transporting products and delivering office supplies along their assigned routes to various customers. The role involves not only driving but sometimes also loading the truck depending on delivery volumes, highlighting the dynamic nature of the job. Safety is a major priority, and the Delivery Driver is expected to uphold this standard consistently by fostering and embracing Staples’ safety culture. Delivering efficiently involves organizing and loading products according to a manifest, ensuring the most optimized routes and schedules are followed. This job also positions the driver as a vital problem solver and customer service representative, tasked with providing excellent support, handling product returns, and ultimately making a positive impact on customers’ experiences. The Delivery Driver embodies Staples’ brand on the road, contributing directly to the company’s success in the supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries that keep customers satisfied and operations running smoothly. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and offers competitive pay starting at $24.50 per hour.
