The role available is a full-time CDL Driver position within the Market Operations team, based on a four-day work week with potential overtime. This role primarily involves the transportation and delivery of wine, spirits, beer, and other beverage products from the Distribution Center directly to customer account locations. The work schedule offers flexibility with Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday shifts, beginning at 7 AM, designed to balance efficiency with work-life needs.
As a CDL Driver at Breakthru Beverage Group, your duties include safe operation of the vehicle, adherence to federal and company regulations, and managing customer relationships through attentive service and communication. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate delivery and sales records, collecting payments, and ensuring proper handling of merchandise returns. Additional responsibilities include complying with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, and reporting necessary maintenance needs to uphold high operational standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of related driving experience, a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, and excellent communication skills paired with professionalism. The ability to multitask, work independently or collaboratively, and exercise good judgment in problem-solving scenarios is essential. The role requires physical activity such as lifting loads as heavy as 165 pounds occasionally and frequent climbing in and out of the delivery truck. Bilingual skills are considered a plus but are not mandatory.

Job Duties
- Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders safely and responsibly
- maintain good relations with retail customers
- provide customer service by resolving customer concerns
- collect payment and reconcile loads with receipts and invoices
- complete daily sales and delivery records
- return empty containers and unsold merchandise appropriately
- ensure compliance with federal laws and DOT regulations
- maintain DOT driver log and safety standards
- inspect and maintain vehicle condition
- keep delivery truck clean
- request routine maintenance as needed
- perform other assigned duties by supervisor
