Our compensation structure is based on a per-route settlement that varies with each customer’s requirements, starting from approximately $130 per day for full-time drivers. Drivers are required to operate within the standard working hours from Monday to Saturday, typically between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays. A smart phone is also necessary to manage route tracking, communication, and logging deliveries.
