Job Requirements

Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years experience
proof of car insurance
reliable vehicle
acceptable motor vehicle record
must be 18 or older

Job Duties

Pre-delivery vehicle preparation
learning the delivery area
checking orders for quality and accuracy
following proper delivery procedures
providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
acting with a sense of urgency
performing other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
working as part of a team and assisting each other by being on time for shifts, supporting other workstations, and completing all closing duties including cleaning
complying with uniform and appearance standards
contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
accurately processing order paperwork and payment transactions
executing cash management duties
using the FOCUS system
supporting sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase check average
distributing door hangers during every shift
protecting the company's assets by maintaining organized, safe, and clean work areas
complying with safety and security standards at all times
