Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
- access to a reliable and insured vehicle for deliveries
- ability to navigate local areas including multi-story buildings
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in various temperature conditions and tolerate exposure to food odors and dust
Job Qualifications
- ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
- effective verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- motor coordination for quick and precise hand movements
- familiarity with computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work under stress
- previous experience in customer service or delivery roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- maintain a safe driving record and comply with traffic laws
- navigate delivery routes using maps and GPS
- assist with in-store operations such as preparing products and stocking ingredients
- process telephone orders and communicate effectively with customers
- clean equipment and facilities as needed
- handle cash and make correct monetary change
