Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation if applying for a driver position
- Must pass background check and drug screening if applicable
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures strictly
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage cash handling responsibly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail customer service is advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers
- Basic math skills for handling money and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Answer the phone or assist carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of the menu
- Maintain a perfect image according to company standards
- Know and demonstrate customer WOW steps including apologizing, giving customers what they want, and providing something extra
- Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily regardless of topping amount when making pizzas
- Ensure no pizzas are cleared before ready to be placed in the oven
- Drivers must have one dollar in coin change on every delivery
- Drivers must say 'Let me get your change' on every order with no exceptions
- Handle no more than twenty dollars including personal money while on the clock
- Prohibit possession of pocket knives or any weapons while working
- Maintain neat and clean vehicles and positive image while on delivery
- Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from delivery
- Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products
- Follow only proper procedures for product preparation
- Ensure every driver completes Safe Delivery CBT
- Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm customer's name and address
