Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- No tolerance for carrying weapons or pocket knives while on the job
- Must have reliable transportation if applying for driver position
- Compliance with Domino's dress code and image standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash and change
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Being knowledgeable of the menu
- Demonstrating customer WOW steps by apologizing, giving customers what they want, and providing something extra
- Counting pepperoni and ham on every pizza order daily regardless of toppings
- Ensuring no pizzas are cleared before being ready to place in the oven
- Delivering with at least 1 dollar in coin change
- Saying 'Let me get your change' on every delivery
- Not carrying more than 20 dollars on the clock including personal money
- Maintaining clean and neat driver vehicles reflecting a positive image
- Not being routed or checked in early from delivery
- Washing hands before making products
- Following proper product preparation procedures
- Completing Safe Delivery computer-based training
- Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming customer name and address
