Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- At least 2 years driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
- occasional crouching and climbing
- Ability to work at stations 36 to 48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools
- For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Duties
- Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders
- Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership
- Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Support inventory organization and restocking activities
