The Delivery & Warehouse Associate position at UOVO Wine is a critical role focused on the efficient handling of inbound deliveries and shipments, performing pickups and deliveries within prescribed deadlines, and assisting clients during their visits to storage lockers. This role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring the warehouse remains clean, secure, and operationally efficient. The associate will also actively participate as a member of the Operations Team to support daily warehouse projects and overall facility management. Successful candidates will represent the UOVO Wine brand in a professional and courteous manner, serving as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining confidentiality of client information. This is a hands-on role requiring physical activity such as lifting, moving pallets, and working in varying temperature environments. UOVO Wine values individuals who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.
This role offers a salary commensurate with experience and includes generous paid time off, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4.5% company match. Additional perks include a $1000 education stipend, support for charitable donations, and access to wine education programs. The environment is conducive to growth, providing opportunities for strong performers to advance quickly within the company. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass the Federal DOT physical if applicable. Candidates should bring 1-3 years of experience in delivery and warehouse roles, with preferred qualifications including forklift certification and basic knowledge of fine wines.
