In this role, you will engage in preparing a diverse range of menu items including BBQ, baked goods, sandwiches, tacos, jerky, and other unique food products distinguishing Buc-ee's from typical convenience stores. The position involves working across multiple stations, honing culinary skills while adhering to strict recipe measurements and maintaining strict confidentiality about the proprietary menu. Safety and sanitation are paramount, so the job requires adherence to all health and safety standards to guarantee safe food handling and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Employees must be adaptable, able to operate various kitchen equipment such as floor mixers, slicers, ovens, fryers, and sharp knives responsibly, and proficient in utilizing Menu Ordering Kiosks and Kitchen Management Systems for order execution and transaction processing. Work schedules may vary, including weekend and holiday shifts as well as alternating day and night rotations, reflecting the seasonal nature and operational needs of Buc-ee's.
