Job Qualifications

- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage preparation preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus

Job Duties
- exceed service standards by providing customers with prompt quality coffee selection purchase and preparation
- demonstrate the company's core values of respect honesty integrity diversity inclusion and safety
- prepare and serve coffee products according to established recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee service areas and equipment
- engage with customers to answer questions and provide recommendations
- restock supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
- follow all safety protocols and company policies
