Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand for 6-8 hours per day
- must adhere to food safety standards and procedures

Job Qualifications
- Experience with retail, preferably grocery
- experience with food preparation, service, and safety
- experience with customer service
- barista experience highly preferred
- ability to safely prepare and serve food of high quality
- strong communicator

- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Preparing and closing down the coffee kiosk window for the day's service
- ensure the customer's checkout experience is friendly and efficient
- setting and maintaining the coffee and deli area
- serving coffee and espresso drinks
- preparing and serving breakfast items and deli sandwiches
- monitor product and check for expiration
- ensure products are routinely FIFO-ed and waste is accurately tracked and reported
- providing an excellent and knowledgeable customer experience
- demonstrate consistent work attendance
- knowledge and implementation of safe food handling procedures
- assist in unloading and stocking merchandise for the deli/butcher team
- maintaining a positive, equitable work environment for all staff
- communicate and collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and/or outside contacts in a timely and appropriate manner and in line with our communication code of conduct
