Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- pass a background check
- adherence to Walmart’s no tolerance policy for illegal drugs and alcohol
- legal authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery roles is a plus
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to assist with product selection
- stock and maintain merchandise on the sales floor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations
- assist in inventory management and rotating products
- support team collaboration to meet store goals
