This particular location is seeking full-time Deli/Bakery associates to join their team. The role primarily focuses on preparing quality food products for customers while maintaining a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. Associates in this position interact directly with customers at the service counter, ensuring they receive friendly and knowledgeable service. Additional responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.50 to $32.50 per hour, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage required for the location. Besides the base pay, employees may earn additional compensation through annual or quarterly performance incentives. There are also opportunities to receive premium pay in specific circumstances, such as working certain shifts or performing specific tasks, with premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if qualifying criteria are met.
