Additional compensation includes performance-based incentives that may be awarded quarterly or annually, plus premium pay under certain conditions such as working specific schedules, locations within the store, or during peak seasons. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and multiple premiums may apply simultaneously.

In this role, Deli / Bakery Associates are expected to combine food preparation skills with outstanding customer service.
