This job opening is for a full-time Deli/Bakery Associate at the Walmart Supercenter #4683. This role is vital in ensuring customers receive fresh, quality deli and bakery products. As a Deli/Bakery Associate, your main responsibilities include preparing food items to Walmart's high-quality standards, engaging with customers respectfully and knowledgeably at the service counter, and handling incoming merchandise, transferring it to the sales floor efficiently. Another key component of this job is maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to food safety regulations, which guarantees that all products served meet health and safety guidelines. This role demands attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work as part of a team. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19 to $32, depending on experience and qualifications, with compensation meeting or exceeding local minimum wage laws. Additionally, employees may earn quarterly or annual performance-based incentives and receive premiums for shift, seasonal, or facility-specific work, potentially adding $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
