The Walmart Supercenter #3801 is currently seeking full-time Deli/Bakery Associates. These associates play a key role in the store by preparing quality deli and bakery products for customers. As a front-facing role, associates engage directly with customers at the service counter, offering friendly and efficient service to meet their needs. In addition to customer interaction, associates contribute to maintaining the salesfloor by moving incoming merchandise to the proper locations. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards are essential duties in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of Walmart customers.

This position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $22.5 to $35.5 per hour, with the actual hourly rate adjusted to meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the local job location. Additional compensation in the form of annual or quarterly performance incentives is offered, as well as premiums that may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
