This full-time Deli/Bakery Associate position based at Walmart Supercenter #980 involves preparing high-quality food products in the deli and bakery sections of the store. Deli/Bakery Associates also handle stocking and moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently, maintaining inventory levels to meet demand. This position includes shifts primarily in the opening and morning periods, catering to early store operations and customer flow. The hourly wage ranges from $19 to $32, with actual pay depending on location-specific wage laws and factors. Additional compensation may come from quarterly or annual performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on scheduling, the facility, the season, or the specific tasks performed. These premiums can be cumulative if eligibility criteria overlap.
