This particular role is for a Part-Time Deli / Bakery Associate during opening and morning shifts. The Deli / Bakery Associate position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $31 based on experience and location, meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location. Additionally, the role includes opportunities for earning further compensation through annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be provided depending on shift schedules, seasonal demands, specific facility tasks, or the nature of work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria overlap, enhancing overall earning potential.
