Performance in this position is rewarded through competitive hourly wages ranging from $19 to $32 per hour. Additional compensation is available through annual or quarterly performance incentives, alongside premiums that may be paid in specific situations based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. The role offers shifts that cover openings, mornings, mid-shifts, and closings, providing flexibility to accommodate diverse schedules.
