The compensation package is further enhanced by potential annual or quarterly performance incentives, and additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or particular work performed. Multiple premiums can be combined if eligibility criteria are met.
