Job Requirements
- minimum age according to local labor laws
- ability to work full-time including varied shifts
- compliance with Walmart's no drug and alcohol policy
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing for long periods and lifting up to specified limits
- willingness to adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery settings is a plus
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening, morning, or overnight
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to lift and move merchandise as required
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing prompt and courteous service
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently
- ensure all products meet Walmart's food safety and hygiene standards
- maintain clean and organized work areas
- assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- comply with all health and safety regulations
