Job Requirements
- Part-time availability
- ability to work mid-shift and closing hours
- meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements
- physically able to stand and move for long periods
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- eligibility to work in the United States
- availability to work weekends or holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery operations is an advantage
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- good communication skills
- ability to follow food safety standards strictly
- teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards
- assist in restocking and organizing baked goods and deli items
- comply with all Walmart food safety and hygiene protocols
- support team operations and customer satisfaction
