Premiums may be paid based on work schedules, facility-specific requirements, seasonal demands, or the nature of specific tasks performed, with amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums can be combined if applicable. The availability of mid-shift and closing shifts provides flexibility to accommodate varying employee schedules.
