This role also involves preparing critiques for seasonal sales and merchandising, implementing promotional plans, assisting with budget preparation and financial reviews, and maintaining accurate pricing and inventory processes. From managing temperature controls and safety compliance to reporting any safety risks or suspicious activities, the manager will ensure that all operations comply with local, state, and federal laws as well as company standards. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing conflict professionally, acting with integrity, and providing support to diverse customer groups including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
