The role of Deli Shift Leader at Pilot Company is a vital supervisory position within the hot deli area of the travel centers. The shift leader is entrusted with overseeing team members, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring excellent guest service. This position plays a key role in assisting the Deli Manager to keep the hot deli food fresh, the area clean, and well-stocked to guarantee a quality customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of food safety protocols along with prior food service industry experience. Deli Shift Leaders are expected to work collaboratively within the team and uphold a customer-focused culture during their shifts.
