Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- experience in the food service industry
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to ensure cleanliness and stocking in deli areas
- capability to provide excellent guest service
- ability to follow and enforce health regulations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position especially in a restaurant or foodservice background
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- provide excellent guest service
- assist the Deli Manager in ensuring food in the hot deli is fresh
- maintain cleanliness and stocking of the deli area
- enforce food safety standards
- support team collaboration and communication
- manage daily deli operations efficiently
