The position being offered is that of a Deli Shift Leader, a pivotal role within the company’s foodservice operations at its travel centers. A Deli Shift Leader is primarily responsible for supervising team members within the hot deli area to ensure seamless daily operations. This includes maintaining excellent guest service, managing food quality and safety standards, and ensuring the hot deli area remains clean, well-stocked, and organized. This role supports the Deli Manager and requires strong leadership skills, a basic understanding of food safety protocols, and previous experience in the food service industry. The Deli Shift Leader is essential to maintaining a positive customer experience and operational efficiency within the busy deli environment.

Pay rates for this role start between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour, offering competitive compensation within the food service sector. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in a similar capacity, especially within restaurants or foodservice settings. They should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and contribute positively to a customer-focused culture.
