Job Requirements

  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • experience in the food service industry
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and food quality
  • ability to supervise and motivate team members

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members customers vendors and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights days weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • provide excellent guest service
  • assist the Deli Manager in ensuring food freshness
  • maintain cleanliness and stocking of the hot deli area
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • support team collaboration and communication
  • help maintain deli equipment according to safety protocols
