The Deli Shift Leader role at Pilot Company is an essential leadership position within the foodservice segment of the travel centers. This role primarily focuses on supervising the hot deli team members, ensuring the preparation and service of freshly cooked foods meet the company’s standards for quality and safety. The Deli Shift Leader collaborates closely with the Deli Manager to maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of the deli area, thereby delivering an excellent guest experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Previous experience in foodservice or restaurant environment

  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization under pressure

Job Duties
