The Deli Shift Leader role at Pilot Company is a pivotal position within their food service operations. Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of food safety protocols and excellent customer service skills. This role requires a flexible schedule commitment including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the business. - must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
