Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- previous food service or restaurant experience
- ability to supervise and lead a team
- excellent communication skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position, especially in restaurant or foodservice
- exceptional customer service skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety guidelines
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- assist the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness and quality
- ensure the deli area is clean, organized, and well stocked
- adhere to food safety standards and maintain equipment accordingly
- provide excellent guest service and support a customer-focused culture
- work collaboratively with team members, vendors, and corporate representatives
- manage flexible work schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
