Job Requirements
- Experience in similar position with restaurant or foodservice background
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- Assist the Deli Manager in ensuring food freshness and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the deli area
- Provide excellent guest service
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Manage equipment maintenance according to safety requirements
- Support team collaboration and communication
